Dietetics
At the Conscious Health Clinic, we believe nutrition support should be compassionate, inclusive, and centred on each individual’s goals - not on restrictive rules or unrealistic expectations.
Our dietitian, Jacqui Tyler, offers a fresh, progressive approach to food and wellbeing that steps away from diet culture and toward lasting, client-driven change.
Meet Jacqui
Jacqui is an eating disorder–accredited dietitian with a strong commitment to weight-neutral and non-diet approaches.
Her work is grounded in the belief that food is more than fuel - it’s connection, comfort, culture, and choice. She rejects the “fitspo” diet culture that so often creates shame and pressure, instead helping clients to feel safe and empowered to make decisions that suit their bodies and lives.

Her expertise spans a wide range of needs, with a special interest in picky and fussy eaters, neurodivergent individuals, and clients with ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).
Jacqui brings both professional knowledge and lived experience as a neurodivergent person herself, which means she understands first-hand the unique challenges that can come with food, sensory experiences, and routines.

Jacqui's Approach
Jacqui creates a supportive space where differences are respected, and where strategies are tailored to fit each client’s world.

Jacqui’s clients often describe her as kind, compassionate, and deeply person-centred. She holds your goals at the heart of every session, working alongside you rather than imposing a one-size-fits-all solution.
Whether you’re seeking support to navigate recovery from an eating disorder, wanting to expand food options for a child with sensory sensitivities, or simply hoping to build a healthier relationship with food, Jacqui will meet you where you are and walk with you on the journey.
